Pari-Mutuel Applications
ADW Application (To be used by an in State ADW Operator): Each applicant seeking dates for an Advance Deposit Wagering Permit must submit an application to the Commission no later than sixty (60) days in advance of the scheduled start date of operation.
ADW - Out-Of-State Application: To be completed by and ADW hosted in another state. The commission may license, regulate and charge a source market fee to persons outside of Wyoming who conduct pari-mutuel wagering on simulcast races and who accept wagers from Wyoming residents at out-of-state simulcast facilities, and shall require out-of-state simulcast facilities licensed under this section to be maintained and operated in accordance with the laws of this state and rules of the commission.
Duplicate License: Use this to obtain a replacement occupational license. This applies to all individual license types.
Live Event Application: Each applicant seeking dates for a pari-mutuel event must submit an application to the Commission no later than the date set by the Commission, but not less than sixty (60) days prior to the date of proposed event.
Mutuel Employee License: These applications are for Off Track Wagering location employees only I.E. Mutuel Employees.
Pari-Mutuel License: To be completed by an indivudial seeking an occupational license to take part in pari-mutuel events regulated by the Wyoming Gaming Commisison.
Racing Silks Color Registration: All racing colors carried in races shall be registered annually with the Commission.
Simulcast Event Application: Each applicant seeking dates for a Simulcast Pari-Mutuel Permit must submit an application to the Commission no later than the date set by the Commission, ensuring the Commission adequate time and information as it deems necessary. Please note that an applicant must hold a Live Event Permit to simulcast.
Vendor - Facility License: To be completed by any simulcast serivce provider, or manufactorer of HHR Terminals. As well as Live Event service providers and *Host Facility Owners.
*Host Facility Owners: "Host facility" means a person who leases their property to a permitholder to operate or host pari-mutuel wagering;
