Online Sports Wagering


On April 5, 2021, Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon signed into law House Enrolled Act No. 50 (HB-0133) - Online Sports Wagering, authorizing and regulating online sports wagering.  This act made legal two (2) activities that were previously not legal in Wyoming:

The act provides the definitions and requirements for standards, procedures and permits for the Wyoming Gaming Commission to promulgate rules to govern the conduct of online sports wagering.
