Due to a scrivener's error in the 2021 legislation, the Agency is currently named the "Pari-Mutuel" Commission, rather than the "Gaming" Commission, until such time that a legislative correction is made. This does not affect the Agency's day-to-day operations, or its administration of Wyoming's gaming laws.
The primary mission of the Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission is the protection of the wagering public and the health, safety, and welfare of the participants in all lawful gaming and pari-mutuel activity.
The Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission will maintain public confidence in the integrity of the gaming environment by operating in a fair and diligent manner and will be responsive, proactive and known for our expertise, efficiency and professionalism, while responding effectively to the evolving gaming industry.
